Retirement & Educational Benefits

Once you have completed two years of service, which may be waived, the University will contribute a percentage of your annual salary into a retirement plan through TIAA.

tuition assistance

We reimburse full-time staff employees for registration, books, and necessary supplies for approved courses at 100% of the total tuition up to $7,500, and 85% of the balance up to a total of $15,000 per fiscal year.
